Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email and phone call to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your Bank account again. Then contact your Credit Card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@spiritualsurfwear.com or call 954-316-7635.
Shipping
Shipping is free of cost (on us).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should expect to receive your credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
